Fairmont Royal York Hotel Launches Exclusive Royal Caesar cocktail by Walter
If you’re tired of MSG in your Caesar, you may want to try Walter‘s new Royal Caesar cocktail available at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel. Walter is Canada’s first all-natural Caesar mix and the nation’s first one to received an eco-friendly Ocean Wise recommendation.
Walter‘s co-founders Aaron Harowitz and Zack Silverman spent a year developing their premium cocktail mix: the Royal Caesar, which last night launched a partnership with Toronto’s luxury Fairmont Royal York Hotel. The collaboration also made Walter All Natural Craft Caesar Mix the exclusive Caesar mix provider for the hotel.
The new Royal Caeser has hints of cumin and chipotle by adding Walter‘s signature spice blend. The Royal Caesar will be the only Caesar mix served in the hotel’s restaurants, onsite bars, and guestrooms.
The Royal Caesars went well with succulent beef sliders and crispy deep-fried coconut shrimp.
The Royal Caesar served at Fairmont Royal York is made with the ultra-premium Ketel One vodka, a lime wedge and celery stalk. It will be produced locally in 300 mL individual-sized bottles, which will also be available at The Fairmont Royal York gift shop.
What’s inside Walter‘s handcrafted mix are vine-ripened tomatoes, grated horseradish, Worcestershire and hot sauce, select spices, sea salt, onion and garlic powder, organic sugar, and real clam juice from the North Atlantic. Typical Caesar mixes contain monosodium glutamate (MSG), colouring, and high-fructose corn syrup (glucose-fructose) and come in plastic bottles, which are all bad for your body and the environment.
In contrast, Walter Caesar mix is good for your taste buds. When blended with Ketel One vodka, Walter maintains a hearty consistency and doesn’t turn watery and thin like so many other mixes. Moreover, Walter offers a satisfying finish after it goes down. The texture is thick and its appearance is thick and boldly red, and not watery pink like its competitors.
