Luminato and Biotherm Homme Closing Night Party 2014 was held at MOCCA and it was the perfect ending to a fabulous arts festival.
We got to experience the coolest virtual reality glasses Oculus Rift at the Biotherm Homme booth, which allowed us to be submerged into the ocean.
The entertainment, as part of Jason Collett‘s Basement Revue, featured an eclectic mix talent including author Jeff Parker and Operation Snatch who performed a fun movement piece in their skeleton costumes. And then, much to our surprise, Rufus Wainwright appeared on stage. He performed three Cole Porter love songs and we were all quite overjoyed.
We sampled Parts and Labour‘s delicious treats including lamb, scrumptious deep fried avocado, caprese crostini, and mini grilled cheese.
Guests attending included Luminato CEO Janice Price, artistic director, Jorn Weisbrodt and husband, Rufus Wainwright, singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith and Brendan Canning.
We are definitely looking forward to Luminato 2015.
