Schwarzkopf Launches Schwarzkopf ULTIME collection and Schwarzkopf Keratin Colour into Canada’s Retail Market – women can finally create runway looks at home!

Owned by Henkel Canada and started with the world’s first innovative powder shampoo back in 1910, Schwarzkopf has expanded and established itself as one of the top global hair cosmetic brands that focuses on innovation, quality and skill. Its ever-expanding lines of products now include two new premium hair care collections that are available in the retail market: the Schwarzkopf ULTIME collection and the Schwarzkopf Keratin Colour.

The Schwarzkopf ULTIME collection, created in collaboration with beauty icon Claudi Schiffer, spans across the style (Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME), colour (Schwarzkopf colour ULTIME), and care (Schwarzkopf essence ULTIME) categories.

A few days ago, we were invited to experience these new products in a one-on-one styling session with Schwarzkopf’s professional beauty squad.

The Schwarzkopf styliste ULTIME includes 3 lines of styling products: Biotin+ Volume, Crystal Shine, and Amino-Q Hold. These products feature a “micro-fix technology” with high-performance formulations of advanced micro-polymers, which provide a weightless and more natural looking hold.

The Schwarzkopf colour ULTIME includes 22 shades of home colour kits formulated with pearl essence and 3 technologies: Professional Blonde Technology, High Definition Pigment Matrix, and Lipid Carrier Developer System, to achieve the best look.

Professional Blonde Technology provides maximum lift and permanent one-yellow effect with a developer that goes into the cortex and attacks both melanins to achieve a brighter and truer blonde with no brassy orange tones.

High Definition Pigment Matrix creates clear tones with maximum coverage, and a “true to box” color.

Lipid Carrier Developer System increases active concentration to drive pigments deep into the cortex, creating a longer lasting effect.

The Schwarzkopf essence ULTIME is a collection of four lines of high-performance hair care products: Omega Repair (for damaged, depleted hair), Biotin+ Volume (for fine, limp hair), Amber+ Oil Nutrition (for dry & extremely damaged hair), and Diamond Colour (for coloured hair). These products feature 2 breakthrough technologies including “hair identical keratin”, which penetrates deep into the inner cortex to help repair hair damage, and “biomimetic hair repair,” which mimics the hair’s lipids and covers the cuticle with a layer of protection.

Using products from the Biotin+ Volume collection, my personal stylist Karima created a “bombshell” look for my alter ego.

The Schwarzkopf Keratin Colour collection includes 14 intensive colours for grey hair coverage. Keratin is a structural protein that strengthens the hair, and 80% of our hair is made out of keratin. Keratin is damaged through styling, and the line is designed to colour without sacrificing the strength. Using low odor formulas, skin-flattering pigments and the first ever pre-treatment color equalizer called the keratin care complex, the Schwarzkopf Keratin Colour creates a 100% even root-to-tip coverage and an 80% reduced breakage rate.

The Schwarzkopf ULTÎME collection and the Schwarzkopf Keratin Color are now available at retailers across Canada, in the health and beauty sections, with MSRP ranging from $12.99 to $15.99.
