Street Food Block Party by Toronto Underground Market & Food Truck Eats @ Evergreen Brickworks

The Food Truck Eats and the Toronto Underground Market collaberated for the first time to present the best food truck event of the season on Saturday May 5th, 2012. The 3000 tickets were already sold out months prior to the event. By the time we arrived (5:30 pm), the venue was already packed with foodies in hunger. Each vendor had their own special menu with the theme “Cinco de Mayo” to celebrate Mexican heritage and pride. The line up for the popular vendors was approximately an hour wait. Worth it? Definitely!

Vendors: Gorilla Cheese, Rock Lobster, Leat Express, La Carnita, Fidel Gastro, Paulina’s Catering, Comida del Pueblo, Merguez House & Morroch, Paese, Bluebird and so on.
