The fourth annual Suits and Staches Gala 2016 for Movember Canada was held at a new venue, Waterworks (soon to be the Great Hall complex) and was packed with “Mo” brothers and “Mo” sisters. Movember is a worldwide program where men grow their mustaches (Mo’s ) and raise funds for men’s health in the areas of prostate and testicular cancer, mental health and fitness. One hundred percent of the proceeds from Suits and Staches 2016 are donated directly to Movember Canada.

There were cool auction items to bid on like Doug Gilmour‘s and Price‘s hockey shirts, Montreal Canadians chair, and Prince artwork

Tanqueray gin served refreshing signature cocktails including Tanqueray Greyhound, Tanqueray Southside and Tanqueray and Tonic, Johnnie Walker and Ketel One also provided delicious drinks.

Guests had lots of activities to experience. They could have themselves drawn into a character by Cartoon Bob, take home a Stella Artois custom engraved chalice and watch Magician Nick Wallace perform his card tricks, get their hair cut by Original Grooming and have their photo taken at the office photo booth.

For entertainment, the excellent soul/funk band The St. Royals got the crowd dancing away. Acrobats performed to the beats of the music. Everyone enjoyed the great vibes all night long.
Peter and Pauls provided the delicious catering. Some of the highlights were Butternut Squash Ravioli and Chicken Empanadas,
Some of the notable guests attending included committee member Frank Walker, Model Ben Le Fevre, Movember Canada‘s Jesse Hayman, and Dr. Brett Beltchez.
