The backdrop could not be better for the first ever Summer Wine Jam hosted by the iYellow Wine Club at Airship 37.  Toronto’s oenophiles gathered to bid farewell to an exciting summer and to taste over 40 different wines from all over the World.   Airship 37 was the perfect venue to wonder from table to table, learn about the various wine regions and grape varieties, and of course, drink a glass…or two.   Some of the notables (wines that is) of the night were the Viognier from Yalumba in Australia, “Les Fumées Blanche” from Fat Bastard wines, and the award-winning Chardonnay from Stone Dwellers.  The night’s sounds and beat were courtesy of the great DJ Sam Fleming from Evolved Entertainment.   I sure hope host and iYellow founder, Angela Aiello is already thinking about the 2nd edition of this wonderful event, my expectations were high and definitely met.  A votre Santé!
