The Canadian International Auto Show
This year’s Canadian International Auto Show was quite a hit, with cool concept cars and the new 2015 line up. This show had something for everyone!
I was amazed to see how many families there were lined up waiting to sit the SUV’s of their choice.
I was particularly excited to check out the new 2016 Acura RDX, with its sleek new styling and new “Jewel Eye” LED projector and LED taillights, it looks pretty sharp.
Under the hood, it comes with a new 3.5-litre SOHC i-VTEC V6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management deactivation technology. This new tech will allow you to shut off two of the six cylinders for a more conservative ride, while producing 279 horsepower.
For more tech options, look at the new Advance Package which includes nice-to-haves, like ventilated seats, fog lights, rain-sensing wipers front and rear parking sensors, remote engine start and AcuraWatch (an impressive new 4.2 inch navigation display screen).
Another fan favourite is the Honda Civic, the new 2015 Civic comes with a 1.8-litre, 16-valve, 4-cylinder i-VTEC engine producing 143 horsepower, giving you performance and fun at the same time.
Speaking of fun and performance, you have to check out the new Honda CB300F! I love the new styling on this bike!
Even as an intermediate rider, I would definitely consider this bike. The higher handlebars give it a more comfortable fit and feel. Not too heavy and just right.
