The 7th annual Chocolate Ball Cocoa Cabaret was held at the Roy Thomson Hall on Friday, Oct 19. After six years at their waterfront location, the Ball has grown and partnered up with more sponsors to bring us a greater “first- class chocolate experience”.
The gala featured 10 of the country’s finest chocolate & dessert stations and a selection of chocolate – infused savoury food created by some of the countries best chefs.
Guests also enjoyed entertainment by The Toronto All-Star Big Band and The Dance Company while indulging their chocolate cravings.

Participating chefs include: Chef Joe Grado (King Edward Hotel), Chef Scott Savoie (Culinary Adventure Company), Chef Christian Fontolan (Vertical Restaurant), Chef Jason Landry (Wingit!), Chef Michelle Jameison-Martin (Auntee Donna’s Catering), Chef Jesse Chingcuangco  (Sazerac Gastro Lounge)

On the menu:

Culinary Adventure Company: Chocolate Hazelnut soup with goat cheese relish and orange oil; white chocolate and avocado cheesecake, lump crab salad, roasted tomatoes and micro cilantro salad; braised beef in walnut, chili and chocolate.
