This year, actors Yannick and Shantelle Bisson, spoke about how they stay happy and healthy despite their busy schedules. Their lives changed dramatically in 2008 after Shantelle‘s visit to a California wellness spa where she learned about the dangers of genetically modified foods. It was right after that she decided to make changes for herself and their family. They believe that eating clean is very important. They only consume high quality and nutrient-rich foods that are organic and ethically grown. They also work out four to six times per week. The end results have been that they both feel healthier, look years younger and have the stamina to get through their busy lives.
