Toronto’s Casa Loma was transformed into an ice cream lover‘s paradise on May 17, 2025, as Chapman hosted its first-ever Ice Cream Festival. The historic castle welcomed thousands of guests eager to try the variety of ice cream flavours, interactive experiences, and live entertainment. Guests enjoyed fun activities and games, making it a great time for both families and ice cream enthusiasts alike.
From classic favourites like Moon Magic (so yummy) to the newly launched Super Premium Plus flavours like Salted Caramel Crunch and Peach Melba (which were both amazing!), Chapman’s Ice Cream is not just a treat, it’s a luxurious indulgence that can be enjoyed all year round.
Rock Symphony: An Unforgettable Evening on Chapman’s Stage
As the evening fell, the show was commanded by the Rock Symphony. Under the artistic command of the exceptional Maestro Paolo Busato, the Casa Loma Symphony Orchestra launched a muscular performance, blending the grandeur of a symphony with the raw energy of rock and roll music. The blend created an exciting experience that got people fascinated.
Guests, including Liberty Entertainment Group’s Nick Di Donato and Chapman’s Ice Cream CEO Ashley Chapman, were treated to electrifying renditions of legendary hits from Bon Jovi’s – Living on a Prayer, Heart- Alone, Prince- Purple Rain, Led Zeppelin- Stairway to Heaven, and more, with breathtaking performances by vocalists Justin Di Donato and Cleopatra Williams. The combination of rock and symphony created an experience not soon to be forgotten, all against the breathtaking backdrop of Casa Loma’s gardens and city views.
