Posh Supper Club – Taste The Posh Life at Yorkville’s New Restaurant

Posh Supper Club recently opened in Yorkville, and we had the privilege to “taste the Posh life” at the media and VIP launch party last night. The space is beautiful and luxurious with booths to dine and sip cocktails in. The spacious patio is perfect for those warm summer evenings and for people watching. There is a nightclub space on the lower level which will be a great place to dance the night away.

Executive Chef Daniel Racine‘s international menu has much to choose from. Among the hot small plates we sampled were the Kalbi (Korean grilled ribs, marinated for three days and served with kim chi), Confit pork belly (served with Asian bbq pickled cucumber salad), Diver scallops (Caribbean jerk spiced, flash seared, with tequila lime butter and mango ginger slaw), Greek grilled lamb loin chops (garlic, lemon, oregano marinated and tzatziki), salmon mousse topped with caviar, and shitake mushroom pasta.

Other exciting options on the menu are the chicken breast roulade (jamón serrano and smoked gouda stuffed), Tomahawk rib steak (18 oz grilled and roasted), surf and turf (marinated and char-grilled octopus and grilled Spanish chorizo served with black eyed pea salad) and linguine agli olio (hot Italian sausage, Manila clams, and sweet red peppers).

Among the guests attending were musician manager and Canadian Idol judge Jake Gold and CP24’s weather girl Patricia Jaggernauth.

The restaurant serves dinner from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the venue has lots of glamour yet is still very welcoming. Well worth checking out.
