A Healthy Night at The Fitwall Studio’s Grand Opening Party

On Wednesday, Jan 16, we attended Fitwall Studio‘s Grand Opening party located at 1675 Bayview Avenue. We were treated with healthy snacks, cold-pressed organic juice by Jus De Vie, and hand massages by WrightSpa.com. We also got to experience the revolutionary work out of ‘Vertical Training‘.

Different from conventional workout, FitWall is designed to incorporate as many muscles in a single move as possible by removing all horizontal support and stabilization. An exercise that contracts 15 muscles on ground can contract up to 200 muscles on wall. Not only is it more efficient, Vertical Training also decompresses the spine.
