Andrea Bargnani, Rudy Gay, DeMar DeRozan Bartending at the 2013 Players’ Gala !! – Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto FC Gathered Together to Support The MLSE Team Up Foundation

On Monday March 18,  Toronto sports fans gathered at the Real Sports Bar for the 2013 Players’ Gala presented by Rogers to support the MLSE Team Up Foundation. In attendance were the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Toronto FC players. Celebrity athletes including Andrea Bargnani, Rudy Gay, DeMar DeRozan, Kyle Lowry, MoPete ( Morris Peterson), Nazem Kadri, JVR (James van Riemsdyk), etc. were all there to meet and greet their die-hard fans. Moreover, they acted as bartenders and served drinks to guests for the whole night! Thanks so much for your time and presence, boys!

The MLSE Team Up Foundation is devoted to provide all kids access to sports and opportunities to develop lasting dreams on the playing field. It combines the support of all four MLSE teams – the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC and Toronto Marlies, to raise money through the Players’ Gala. Net proceeds raised at Players’ Gala will be donated to the refurbishing of local hockey rinks, basketball courts and soccer pitches, and will fund programs that provide kids of all abilities with more access to sports.
