Markville Shopping Centre Relaunch x Flare Magazine Fashion Show

Markville Shopping Centre teamed up with FLARE Magazine to host a re-launch party celebrating the $111 million revitalization of Markville Shopping Mall.The new Markville Shopping Centre features over 250,000 square feet of commercial space with new designer brand-names and well-known retailers such as Zara, Michael Kors, Coach, Loft, Aritzia, Express, Sephora, Little Burgundy and so on. Guests of the launch party were treated to a nice cocktail reception followed by Flare’s runway show featuring the latest trending items that can be found at Markville Shopping Centre. Some 2014 key trends include structured silhouettes as seen on Celine, Alexander Wang, Bottega Veneta, Jil Sander and Mary Katrantzou; punk style dresses as seen on Balenciaga, Saint Laurent and Givenchy; plaids are also popular in Celine and Stella McCartney’s collection. The latest trends for footwear include thigh-high boots as seen on Prabal Gurung and Emilio Pucci; and flats as seen on Clements Rebeiro, Emporio Armani and Marni.
