Operanat10n (Operanation 2013): A Night of Temptation celebrated the 10^th successful year of Canadian Opera Company. The gala raised money for the COC Ensemble Studio– Canada’s premier training program for young opera professionals. This year, the Canadian Opera Company teamed up with multidisciplinary artist Jon Sasaki to debut Sasaki’s latest piece showcasing remarkable tones captured from the Canadian Opera Company’s Ensemble Studio. Live performance by Canadian rock sensation, the Sam Roberts Band and Ensemble Studio alumna Ambur Braid completed the night. The Sam Roberts Band partnered up with acclaimed fashion label KAELEN in the design of a special edition concert tee to commemorate Operanation 2013. The Sam Roberts Band x KAELEN T-shirts are available for purchase online from the Canadian Opera Company here for $100 each with all proceeds also supporting the COC’s Ensemble Studio.
