Award-winning Tundra restaurant had their re-opening party on Aug 29. Located in Hilton in the heart of downtown, Tundra serves Internationally inspired Canadian cuisine such as reindeer carpaccio, venison, elk and line-caught B.C. black cod. We were surprised by the amazing taste and presentation when sampling their menu. Each bite tells its own story because to executive chef Kevin Prendergast, “it’s all about creativity and making something original, unexpected”.
After enjoying the savory gourmet, guests were invited to head up to the 32nd floor to enjoy the rest of the evening in a star- gazing VIP lounge filled with sweets and desserts.
