Broken Branches is a powerful new play about what happens when sibling conflict crosses the line. It weaves together stories of Jade, Rachel and Josh, who finally confront the truth about their childhood of sibling abuse and the impact it’s made on their lives. Using honesty and humour, the play tackles this challenging subject with candour.
Written by Lorene Stanwick and directed by Philip McKee, Broken Branches stars Rebecca Applebaum, Mark Correia,
Janel Rae Filipiak, Sarah Kitz and Anastasia Kokolakis.
It is produced by Creative Truth Productions in association with Workman Arts, the award-winning multi-disciplinary arts and mental health organization.
The Broken Branches runs from Sept 19-29 at AKI STUDIO, 585 Dundas St. E.
