KARE Design New Fall Collection VIP Launch Party

On Wednesday, September 26th, 2018, KARE Design hosted a lovely and intimate VIP launch party to celebrate its new fall collection of funky, pretty, and unique furnishings, contemporary lighting, statement accessories, and fun textiles from Munich, Germany. Hosted inside KARE’s only flagship showroom in Canada, the lucky guests got to enjoy a fun evening of food, fun, and furniture shopping.

here were actually two parties held on that day: a lunch party in the afternoon and a cocktail party in the evening. Fashion Ecstasy attended the evening cocktail party where we enjoyed German wines (courtesy of Wines of Germany), hors-d’oeuvres from Arepa Cafe, and music from DJ Dale. The red carpet that welcomed guests as they entered the store added a touch of glitz and style to the party. About an hour into the party, Edilka Anderson, the franchise owner of KARE Design – Toronto, addressed the crowd and made a lovely toast. In her toast, she graciously expressed gratitude to everyone in attendance, her fantastic team, and to the sponsors in attendance that evening. She also shared how being the franchise owner of the KARE Toronto showroom was her way of sharing her love and gift for art and design with the world.

Following Edilka’s warm and friendly toast, the party resumed, and guests were heard saying, ‘Oh my God that is stunning!’, ‘That’s so cool,’ ‘Oooh I love that picture!’, and ‘that chair is stunning!’
There was also a draw done at the end of the evening where the winners received a $100 credit to put towards purchase or interior design services with KARE Design. There were also gift bags filled with bath products from Bathorium, umbrellas, and the showroom’s latest lookbook, so those who didn’t win the draw still left with fantastic goodies from the party. The party concluded with more mingling, schmoozing, and adoring the new furniture pieces.
