They are made from stretch fine gauge knit fabric and are printed one a time. The Scuba Jackets were made of neoprene and had images of Twiggy and Prince.
There were pillows and canvas clutch bags (with images of The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Audrey Hepburn, and Twiggy),
Vella ‘s new original artwork and limited edition prints were on display as well. The Bob Marley and Marilyn Monroe prints were terrific.
Also available were hand painted Baby Eames Elephants by Vitra (in collaboration with Studio B), with a portion of the proceeds going to Save the Elephants; ISKKA swimwear and Bidinis hand painted leather bags.
Michelle Vella has been a full-time artist since 2015 and is sought after by collectors worldwide. Diane Von Furstenberg discovered Vella‘s work via Instagram and purchased the portrait of DVF.
