Upcoming Event: Get Bent! Celebrating Bent Lens: Pride on Screen & WorldPride 2014

TIFF’s new summer programme Bent Lens: Pride on Screen in collaboration with Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival celebrates WorldPride 2014 with a series of events. The programme runs until Aug 17 and includes film retrospectives, outdoor screenings, a free art exhibition at TIFF Bell Lightbox and special guests appearance including Laverne Cox ( Orange Is the New Black actress, LGBT advocate), John Cameron Mitchell (writer/director/performer)and Lee Daniels (award-winning filmmaker). Guests explore the diversity of Canadian and international LGBTQ .
Join us on June 17 at Get Bent!, a fundraiser to both celebrate Bent Lens: Pride on Screen and support TIFF and Inside Out’s film, education and community programmes.
