Since last year’s takeover by one of Canada’s best known names in mixology – Gavin MacMillan, College Street Bar has been serving a list of innovative cocktails that are absolutely delicious. Now with Executive Chef Joe Friday on board, a new menu is launched with shareable comfort food to complement the exquisite drinks. Grilled cheeses are made with fresh egg bread and served with house made raspberry ketchup; pulled pork sliders are prepared with braised pulled Ontario pork served in a special glazed bun. All food items are served ‘dim sum’ style made with locally sourced ingredients. Try them with one of their flaming drinks, the Blue Blazer, a cocktail prepared with bookers bourbon, chartreuse, cane sugar, and lemon peel.
