On Tuesday, February 9, guests indulged in passed canapés and signature cocktails in celebration of Queen West’s latest hot spot, Entice Culinary Lounge.
Fittingly located at 1036 Queen Street West, in one of the world’s trendiest neighborhoods as named by Vogue, Entice is Toronto’s newest upscale lounge and culinary bistro and finds itself at home in a neighborhood oozing creativity and style.
An attractive and modern space, every detail was well thought out in putting together a striking yet refined dining experience. Not to be missed is the illuminated bar made up of screens that showcase a variety of vintage black and white movie clips.
Another one of the Entice Culinary Lounge’s stand-out features is a glass wall separating the restaurant from the kitchen area, conveying supreme confidence in food preparation.
Throughout the night, well-informed restaurant staff approached the guests offering passed canapés showcasing the restaurants globally influenced menu.
The wide selection included delicious carbonara ravioli with a garlic mascarpone filling and for those with a sweet tooth, flourless chocolate biscuit cake bites.
Whether for an intimate evening or social outing with friends and colleagues, Entice Culinary Lounge is now open to the public, and we look forward to returning for brunch, cocktails or dinner.
Some other highlights of the night include:
Enticing Sour Cherry Duck Breast prepared with carrot purée, roasted baby turnips, parsnips, and beet chips
Entice Culinary Lounge Mango and Papaya Salad, Spicy Ahi Tuna served with pickled long radishes, mango salad, sliced avocado, crispy mung bean noodles, wasabi and yuzu tobiko
Korean Beef Ribs plated with house-made spicy kimchi and apple.
Saffron Lemon Chicken prepared with sous-vide tomato sauce, warm olives, sultan & almond rice.
Entice Burger covered in spicy mustard & cheddar spread, dill pickle, bacon lardons, and served with a choice of fries or greens.
Tres Leche Waffles made with Mexican chocolate wafer, strawberries and whip cream.
