Legends of Horror 2023 at Casa Loma – The Ultimate Halloween Haunted Attraction

Legends of Horror at Casa Loma in Toronto, running from September 29- October 31, 2023, is an immersive and terrifying haunted attraction that is a must-visit destination for thrill-seekers during this Halloween season. This is the 7th year that guests can embark on the scary 2km trail from the lower gardens of the historic (and some say haunted) Casa Loma and winding through the secret hidden tunnels and areas. At every step, one never knows the terror that they will face.
As we ventured deeper into the maze-like tunnels, eerie corridors, and shadowy chambers, we encountered a cast of terrifying characters. We came into contact with Zombies, Count Dracula, Dr. Frankenstein and even the Phantom of the Opera, playing passionately on his piano. They came to life through the skillful performances of actors and elaborate set designs, creating a spine-tingling atmosphere that blurs the line between reality and the supernatural. We screamed a lot as we faced these creatures from the dead. We walked through the halls of mirrors and had no idea what was lurking at each corner.
The castle is all alight, with exterior 3D projections that make it even spookier. The trail takes approximately 1 hour, that is, if you manage to survive it.
We took a break from the trail to go into the glass pavilion to listen to the rocking band Cold Weather Captains play to a packed crowd and indulge in some cocktails.
Legends of Horror is an unforgettable and chilling adventure that is fun for the whole family.
