See.Me and i-D Magazine Are Looking for the Latest Fashion Star

Celebrating the launch of its new website, mobile app and exhibition space, See.Me (formerly called Artists Wanted) – a community of over half a million creative talents across all  disciplines – is offering its newest members a whopping $125,000 in  awards and grants, including a massive display on one of the largest  digital billboards in Times Square, New York City.

Revisiting the site of its highly successful summer project Art Takes Times Square, See.Me will be exhibiting the works of one creative talent – determined  through a crowd-sourced, online environment – on a Times Square digital  billboard in June 2013.  In addition to this glittering exhibition,  See.Me is issuing award packages to select members in Fashion, Music, Art and Photography.

Welcoming models, fashion designers, photographers, stylists, makeup artists and  fashion-lovers of all types into its vibrant community, See.Me will  present one fashion star with a $7,000 cash grant and an exclusive story printed in i-D Magazine, renowned for showcasing cutting edge talents and launching the careers  of some of the most innovative and influential faces in the world of  fashion. A defining voice in fashion, style, and culture for over 30  years, i-D Magazine and its team of panelists will be selecting the star of the upcoming story, scheduled to run in its Summer 2013 issue.

Additional awards in the Art, Music and Photography categories include a featured exhibition booth at SCOPE Art Show during NYC’s Armory Arts week in March 2013, an exclusive recording studio session and listening party hosted by Downtown Records, and a solo photography exhibition in the See // Exhibition space in New York City.
