DINE Magazine 10th Issue Launch – Four Seasons Hotel
DINE magazine celebrated its ten-year anniversary in style at the Four Seasons Hotel. The magazine is well loved for its features on food, wine and travel with sumptuous images to accompany each piece.
It is a must read for any food lover.
Sara Waxman (editor-in-chief of DINE) and Adam Waxman (executive editor of DINE) proudly spoke at the event about their passion for their magazine and announced the partnership with PPI Group, as the new publisher for DINE.
Guests enjoyed a fabulous menu including crab salad, tuna tartare, butternut squash soup, Parisian steak tartare, timbale de lapin, salmon, seabass, truffled boudin blanc (pork sausage), flat iron steak frites; a seafood ice tower filled with shrimp, Canadian oysters and lobster claws; a pâté station filled with pâté breton and pâté de campagne; and desserts like baked Alaska, meringues and cream puffs with ice cream.
Wines provided by Jackson Triggs were Grand Reserve Meritage, Grand Reserve Sauvignon Blanc and Brut.
Notable guests who attended included Consul General of Japan Yasunori Nakayama, film producer Barry Avrich, PostMedia CEO Paul Godfrey, artist Gina Godfrey, classical guitarist and singer Liona Boyd, broadcaster Stephen Ledrew, celebrated chef Daniel Boulud, Dragons Den and Bay St. financier Michael Wekerle, and DINE cover model Kara Granger.
