Beretta Farms Launches New Line of Organic Hotdogs
Hot Dogs, they are so good, but who really knows what’s in them?
Good news for dog lovers, Beretta Farms has recently launched a new line of organic hot dogs that are gluten-free and nitrate-free, just in time for BBQ season.
To celebrate the launch of these new products (and to say goodbye to mystery meat), Beretta Farms hosted a Beretta Dog Days of Summer BBQ on the picturesque rooftop patio of Toronto’s Bourroughes Building.
I’ve never had organic hot dogs before so I was quite excited to attend the event for a taste test. It was a sunny afternoon featuring a variety of tasty hot dogs dressed in a generous mix of garnishes by Maille. Walter All-Natural Craft Caesar was the perfect complement to the organic meat. They were quite a combo as I didn’t think Caesars and dogs go together but they do!
A selection of Vineyard Estate wines was also available to quench attendees’ thirst.
The Beretta Dogs come in chicken, turkey and beef. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The turkey and beef had the most flavours. Beretta dogs are from a Canadian family that produces pasture-raised meats without antibiotics, hormones or steroids, gluten free, and nitrate free. They also have a wide variety of meat and seafood products that are worth checking out.
After feasting on all the dogs, each guest left with a Berretta bacon-topped Nutella doughnut, feeling satisfied, and most importantly, guilt-free.
