最近認識了一位一樣住在景美「叢林」的在地鄰居熱情邀約我出去吃飯，但因為最近在外又遇到太多神經病（所以殘編最近發文速度慢，敬請讀者見諒）原想婉拒，説:「第一、我是「殘姑娘」，作息早，下午四點吃晚餐；第二、景美完全沒有「美食」可言。殊不知這位在地老饕竟回答我說：「沒問題！我知道帶你去哪裡！」

於是他帶我到我家景美捷運站附近的濟鴻火鍋；打開我的眼界；讓我從這片叢林中，抬頭從樹葉細縫中看見透進來的一線陽光與新希望。

Whenever I complain about how this Jingmei jungle has no nice restaurants, the default reply I get is, ” Isn’t Jingmei Night Market famous for its food?”
Not true. Where is the”yummy” food? Please do let me know!

Recently, I met a neighbour who lives close by me in Jingmei and invites me to dine together. I’ve encountered too many maniacs recently (hence the delay in posting new articles, please do excuse me). I tried to reject him by saying, “First of all, I have a post-stroke Cinderella early schedule, I have dinner at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Secondly, there’s nothing good to eat in Jingmei. He replied almost instantly, “No problem! I know where to take you!”

When we arrived at Jihong Hot Pot Restaurant, I thought I saw a ray of light shining through the Jingmei jungle trees. I saw hope.

位於景興路的濟鴻火鍋從景美捷運站出口步行不到五分鐘即可抵達，連殘編的小粉粉（我的粉紅拐杖）都能帶我在精疲力竭、精盡人亡之前都「掰咖」（台語）到達。進門空間敞明亮，跟一般平價火鍋店感覺一樣，但不一樣的是進門有一大缸很壯觀的魚缸，裡面裝的竟都是龍蝦、螃蟹、蚌殼、鮑魚跟蝦子等的活海鮮，而且每一隻的生命力都很強的在動，比宴客的婚宴會館水族箱還要厲害。

濟鴻火鍋魚鋼裡面裝著餐廳的活海鮮食材，有龍蝦、店內約有八到九桌的桌的六人大桌，對座的兩人共鍋一鍋，湯底各選一種即便是鴛鴦鍋。

Located on Jingxing Road, Jihong Hotpot restaurant is less than a five-minute walk from the Jingmei MRT Station. Even my pinky (my pink cane) can bring me there before I drop dead from “limping exhaustion.” The restaurant space is bright and spacious, with the atmosphere you’d expect from a regular hot pot restaurant. But the surprise is the enormous seafood aquarium upon entrance. The tank is full of high-quality kinds of live seafood that are usually found at wedding banquet halls, such as lobsters, crabs, clams, abalone and shrimps. Each of them is very lively and moving.

There are about 8 to 9 tables of six seats in the space. The two seats across share one pot. One pot can be split to 2 for different soup base choices.

濟鴻火鍋套餐食材多元澎湃，最澎湃的就是店內壁紙貼滿的「魚兒大俠」（$569）「紅豬大俠」（$599）套餐了。「魚兒大俠」只要區區$569，就包含「生食級鮭魚菲力」、「每日限定深海魚」、「台灣鱸魚」、「巴沙魚」、「台灣鯛魚」各6份、150克的「澳洲背肩和牛」或「美國SRF極黑豚」二選一， 副餐：白飯、東粉、手工拉麵或王子麵四選一和玻璃瓶裝飲料：可口可樂、雪碧、柳橙汁或蘋果汁4選1。
「紅豬大俠」則是$599即可享用「手臂長長豬豬蝦」2隻、「特大天使紅蝦」3隻、「大文蛤」5顆、「台灣鯛魚」4片，肉類 150克的「澳洲背肩和牛」或「美國SRF極黑豚」二選一，副餐一樣四選一跟飲料4選1。

Jihong’s Hot Pot Menu includes sets full of ingredients, the most eye-catching ones are the “heroic Fish” ($569NT) and the “
“Heroic Red Pork” ($599NT) sets, which are displayed as wallpapers in the restaurant.
For just $569nt, the “heroic Fish” includes fresh salmon fillet, daily limited deep-sea fish, “Taiwanese bass, basa, and “Taiwanese sea bream,” 6 pieces each; a choice of the 2 150-gram meat options: “Australian Wagyu or “US kurobuta pork; rice, glass noodles, hand-made ramen or “Prince Noodles (instant noodles)” a beverage with the choice of: Coke, Sprite, orange juice or apple juice.

For the “Heroic Red Pork” ($599) set, guests get 2 Giant tiger prawns, 3 Argentine red shrimps, 5 big clams, 4 pieces of Taiwanese sea breams, 150 grams of “Australian Wagyu or American kurobuta pork,” plus the same options for sides and beverages.

• 下午四、五點吃晚餐的殘編雖然每天一起床就在期待療癒的美食，

但我的晚餐時間還真是尷尬， 一般店家晚餐時間都還沒開使營業，於是殘編常常就只能流浪到一些下午茶咖啡廳等等的地方解決。當天的景美叢林地頭蛇果然是在地的，濟鴻的 「商業優惠午餐」竟供應到下午五點，咱去吃「殘姑娘」的晚餐只付小紅兩張

記得殘編去日本的時候，第一次吃到新鮮的生魚片，上桌時龍蝦尾巴還微微的在動，就已讓我興奮不已，當時16歲沒見過世面的我，還以為自己是跳出了井底的青蛙，殊不知不用飛去日本，甚至不用跑台灣漁港，在台灣叢林似的景美就有跳得比井底之蛙還高的「活跳蝦」。

with a post-stroke schedule of having dinner at 4 or 5 pm makes life harder, most restaurants aren’t open for dinner yet. However, thinking about food is what gets me through my days living with disability. Jihong serves its “business lunch sets from 11am to 5:00pm, so its a true blessing for me.

When I first went to Japan as a teenager, I tried fresh sashimi for the first time. The lobster tail was still moving when served. And I thought it opened my eyes. Who knows, I don’t even have to fly all the way to Japan to open my eyes, compared to that, Jihong‘s live shrimp is not just eye-opening, but “eye-popping“!

我們點的是「經典商業午餐」，從上午11:00供應到下午5:00，根本是為殘編開的吧！？，其中配料可選「火鍋料」或是「餃類配料」

湯底共有7種可選，從養生的到辣的或不辣的跟牛奶鍋都有。
蝦子上桌時是用木蓋蓋著的，在地老饕建議我最後吃蝦，原本不解的殘編心想：「咦？海鮮不是應該趁新鮮先吃嗎？」，但既然他是濟鴻的老饕客戶了，就姑且相信他，當所有其他食材都吃完，最後才進攻蝦子打開木蓋時，我才恍然大悟，原來這就是開香檳的道理，季紅的活跳蝦是有過動侵向的，要給他時間安份一下，不然真的是會跳「瞎」直爆你眼睛。

配料可以選火鍋配料或是餃類配料，愛吃蔬菜的參編當然是選或一般火鍋配料啦！

我們的蔬菜盤裡面有甜玉米、一片黑木耳、豆腐、高麗菜、一片碗豆夾、跟一塊南瓜、一朵香菇跟一把金針菇，蔬菜類營養都夠了！

Jihong Hotpot Restaurant serves its “Business Lunch” sets from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, perfect for my post-stroke schedule. 
The soup base has 7 options to choose from, from”healthy-conscious soup bases to  spicy and non spicy ones, and even milk pot base.
Live shrimps are served with a wooden lid.
My friend strongly suggested to go for the shrimp last. At first, I was confused because, from my understanding, seafood should be eaten first when it’s still fresh. However, since he’s a regular at Jihong, I trusted him. Everything became clear when we finished everything else and finally went for the shrimps. Think “champagne,” these shrimps all have ADHD and needs time to “chill the F out.” They jump high enough to blind your eyes like a champagne cork; shaken, not stirred.
The set also includes a plate of side dish from the following 2 choices: “regular hot pot sides( mostly vegetables) or “dumpling sides (a variety of hot pot dumplings).” We went for the “natural” one.
Our vegetable dish contains sweet corn, black fungus, tofu, cabbage, a bowl of 1 snap pea, a piece of pumpkin, 1 mushroom and enoki mushrooms, a rainbow of nutrients!
