The Liberty Entertainment Group started in Toronto in 1987. Since then, it has been at the forefront of the hospitality industry in North America. Their properties include Casa Loma, Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex,BlueBlood Steakhouse, Don Alfonso 1890, Xango, three Cibo Wine Bar locations (King West, Yonge St, and Yorkville) and Arcane. They also operate the Coral Gables Country Club and Cibo Wine Bar in Coral Gables, Florida.

For 2020, two of the Liberty Entertainment Group properties are the only Canadian restaurant nominees by the British based design et al magazine for the prestigious International Hotel and Property Awards. Blueblood Steakhouse is named as one of the world’s eight leading restaurants in the Americas and Caribbean, and Don Alfonso 1890 is named as one of the twelve best-designed restaurants in the world. These are the only Canadian restaurant nominees in these categories. The acclaim truly belongs to Nadia Di Donato, the vice president and creative director of Liberty Entertainment Group. Nadia is responsible for the design of each restaurant and venue. She brings her background in visual communications to her ability to create unique spaces that delight restaurant patrons.
