前陣子路過景美的「石川日本料理」店,興奮到二話不說直接去試試看,

因為我住家景美,要找到任何日本料理店是很困難的,我又特愛吃壽司跟日本料理。殘編從小就是都市女孩,家裡卻住木柵。我都說我們是住山上的山頂洞人,因為附近真的什麼都沒有,想要找到一間像樣的餐廳都會有困難。行動不便後活動範圍縮小,殘編又是個患有嚴重壽司癮的貪吃鬼。你可了解我的痛苦啊~!
壽司是一種癮,戒不掉的一種癮。

When I passed by Ishigawa Japanese Restaurant in Jingmei, I knew I had to try it. If you live in Jingmei, you feel my pain.

Jingmei, along with “Muzha,” makes up the “Wen Shan” district in Taipei. Because the Chinese characters “Mu”(木)and “Zha”(柵)both include elements of “wood, I like to say we live in the jungle.

I’m a sushi addict, and it’s hard to find sushi or any seafood in the jungle. Looking for a decent restaurant is a challenge itself. Sushi is delicate, quality should always be valued more over quantity (I’ve spent sometime in Japan so I’m kind of a sushi snob), and most “sushi” restaurants I can find with friends willing to join me for in this city are a disgrace to Japanese Cuisine. The only ones that can hit my G spot are  considered too pricey for the locals or friends (maybe I just don’t have friends).

壽司的貴賤很重要,通常平價的都是垃圾。可是能吃、能讓我衝到美食G點的、通常也就會讓我的荷包大失血。在台灣我還沒看過一間像樣的壽司。就算找到了,也因為高單價,沒有人願意陪我去吃,台灣人真可憐。殘編住過日本,也有認識開米其林等級ㄧ般高級壽司店的朋友,所以對日本料理的品質比較在乎,重質不重量(因為在台灣壽司能達到「質」都很難了)。原本是計劃去中山區路過的一間看起來頗傳統的高級日本壽司店,為了配合他人,殘編只好退而求其次,去試看看附近這家日式食堂石川日本料理晚上五點開門,我們下午4:40到的時候,門口就已經大排長龍,這些不修邊幅的打扮,看起來似乎都是當地人。原來山頂洞人也懂得享受日本料理呀!

五點一到準時開始入場,雖然提早20分鐘到,我們還是怕排不到。不過還好我們還有位子。

看到菜單,價錢親民平價,果然是木柵人的作風。其實這時,殘編已對品質沒有抱太大期望。殘編批貨的習慣來了,一畫就畫了十幾道(殘編以往的個性都是全點:P)

這裡的服務生很老實,給了我們良心的建議說我們點太多了,於是聽從他的建議後劃一劃只剩下豪華散壽司馬糞海膽山藥海苔醬青蔬櫻桃鴨沙拉還有服務生力推的烤蝦

Everything seems cheap on the menu, the Mucha style. At this point, I’m not expecting much, so I do my usual #ordereverything. The server suggests us to #CrossoutEverything, however. “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” don’t judge a girl by her size. “Ugh, another judger,” I think.

這道菜是今天的高潮

散壽司是什麼?

散壽司就是將生魚片鋪在醋飯上的料理,有一點像生魚片丼/蓋飯的感覺。這盤散壽司取名為「豪華」真的是一點都不為過,牡丹蝦上是一大坨卵,

再搭配炙燒比目魚、炙燒鮭魚生魚片、鰻魚、以及干貝,甘貝上撒上配上食用金箔,讓這道料理成為當天的閃耀之星,也讓我們的視覺味覺一次滿足。當我們將這道閃耀之星吃的真的變「哩哩落落」的 「散」壽司時服務生將蝦頭取走,我們心想:「不~我還沒準備要分手!」服務生解釋說是要拿去煮湯,這跟我在國外吃日本料理的做法ㄧ樣,我只好放手讓它去。

This place serves the climax first. The Deluxe Chirashi is served with vinegar sushi rice instead of regular rice, topped with shrimp sashimi loaded with roe, aburi (blow-torched) salmon, aburi flounder, saltwater eel, and scallop. The gold leaf garnish on top makes this dish the star of the night.

是原味的綠色花椰菜沾海苔醬。花椰菜很新鮮,保有原始的清脆,撒上芝麻再沾上微甜的海苔醬提味,想不到這麼合。

Fresh broccoli is sprinkled with sesame and a seaweed paste for dipping. The taste is refreshing and addictive.

海膽跟山藥本來就是絕配,兩者皆有稠稠的口感,再加一點小黃瓜絲,殘編看到山藥拉起來時牽的絲就興奮。這道開胃是有營養又可口的選擇。

Both ingredients share a gooey texture, they’re the perfect pairing by nature.

櫻桃鴨沙拉是以苜蓿芽為基底上面鋪著各式各樣的材料,包括黑豆、蘆筍、甜玉米、小黃瓜、小蕃茄跟鴨胸片,感覺營養也是滿分喔!

black beans, asparagus, sweet corn, cucumber, cherry tomato and sliced duck meat are colourfully placed on a bed of alfalfa sprouts, a healthy choice.

我與友人此時已滿足也快成現腦缺氧狀態,還好有聽服務生的勸告。最後一道是服務生力推的烤蝦,份量有四隻,看起來有點多,但是因為覺得這裡服務生說話誠懇,可信度高,我們只好卯足全力,嚐一口。蝦子連蝦頭都烤到脆,可整支嚥下。這一口下去立刻又吃得下了,因為太好吃了!

The last item, Grilled Shrimp is served when itis hits. We are happy we listened to our server’s suggestions, and because we 100% trust her at this point, we made space for the shrimps, which she recommended.Shrimps are grilled to perfection and can be eaten as whole with the shell.

總而言之石川日式料理是位於景美CP值高的好選擇,也為住在山上確沒有「山珍」的我們帶來一些「海味」喔!
