Coronavirus: Daughter of COVID-19 victim warns about viciousness of the virus

#COVIDIOTS Case 1 / #COVIDIOTS 「冠狀白痴」案例#1:

G, a full-time Uber driver, used to be a compassionate and caring friend who drove me to and back to the hospital for my treatments and encouraged me to work on my physiotherapy. When I’m lazy and exhausted, he would use all kinds of tricks to force me into walking more and exercising more. When we eat out together, he would drop me off in front of the restaurant and intentionally park further so I’d have to walk further for my ride back home. He would literally “pick a fight” by saying something to piss me off then taunt me to punch him with my bad arm. Sweet, right?

冠狀白痴故事從我的一位全職Uber司機的男性友人說起。

G先生，曾是殘編的一為富有同情心和耐心的男性友人。Ｇ先生是全職的Uber司機，當我還在跑醫院做治療時，他不顧辛勞的每天開車接送我去醫院接受治療，並每天在醫院等上一個鐘頭直到我的療程結束。當我懶惰和疲倦時，他會使用各種技巧來鼓勵我多走路和多運動，有時哄、有時騙。我們一起出外用餐時，他會在餐廳門口讓我下車，在故意將車子停得很遠，強迫我回家時，不得不走得更遠才能搭上回家的車。他會故意說一些惹我生氣的話，然後挑臖我用我的壞手揍他。是不是很貼心？

• Our first meetup after the Coronavirus outbreak, he drove his Uber car

to pick me up without a mask. I reminded him that he was irresponsible as a full-time professional Uber driver. He told me I was paranoid and bipolar. I told him I took the pandemic very seriously, and I would like to avoid all physical contact since he didn’t. He told me there was no point for us to meet anymore. Until this day, he still drives His Uber picking up travelers and tourists alike full-time without wearing a mask, we never met again. Good luck, you “COVIDIOT.”

我與Ｇ先生在冠狀病毒爆發後第一次見面時，他開著的Uber車接我，臉上沒戴口罩。我提醒他，作為全職和專業的Uber司機，每天接觸來往的遊客，這種行為是很不負責任的。他回我說我是神經質。我告訴他我對這次的疫情非常重視，並明確地表示既然他不尊重他的職業，我們只能竟可能避免身體上的接觸，因為我可不像中獎。他告訴我，那我們再見面也沒有意義了。我們從此沒再見面，直到今天，他仍全程不戴口罩的開全職Uber車接載觀光客和遊客。殘編只能說，祝你好運，「 COVIDIOT」。

#COVIDIOTS Case 2 / #COVIDIOTS 「冠狀白痴」案例#2:

Case 2, Ms. T, a fellow stroke-survivor who visited the hospital daily for post-stroke treatments, messaged me and said she wanted to visit me at my place after I decided to hold off all treatments and self-quarantine until the pandemic is over. I am a social idiot and have very few friends because I speak without filter, so I was overwhelmed when she was willing to visit me. However, she arrived from the hospital without a mask. This was when Taiwanese, the people of the “2nd largest global producers of masks” are limited to buying 2 masks per week. I offered her one of my precious masks because obviously, it would be too rude to turn her away. She insisted on not wearing one because she didn’t like covering her face.

案例2，T小姐跟我同樣身為中風病人，在我決定暫停一切醫院的治療和自我進行居家隔離直到疫情緩和後，她仍每天去醫院接受治療。某天，她傳訊息給我，說治療完翔來新家看我。殘編是個社交白痴，講話不經大腦，因此幾乎沒有朋友，所以當她說想找我玩時，我欣喜若狂。電鈴一響，我開門迎接的是一個剛從醫院來，臉上沒戴口罩的病人。當時，咱「全球第二大口罩生產地」的台灣人每個禮拜只能配給兩副口罩。我看他沒戴口罩，主動拿出我珍貴的口罩給他帶，因為他特地來見我，總不能給人吃閉門羹，她堅持不戴，說她不喜歡遮住臉。

 Enough Masks, Not Enough Common Sense / 口罩夠了、常識還是不夠：

With the updated system, most Taiwanese have no shortage of masks, yet I still see people hosting social gatherings nonstop, travelling and walking around without masks. Sophon is one of my very few friends who can stand my social disability and idiotic people skills. However, I recently receive the devastating news that her mom passed away because of these #COVIDIOTS, I am utterly heartbroken and pissed off! So here I am, writing my very first rant blog in 8 years.

現在口罩實名制已更新至大多數台灣人都不會缺口罩，但是殘編仍然看到大家有開不完的社交局，數不完的人沒戴口罩的在街上大搖大擺的走。Sophon是少數能受的了殘編的社交障礙和愚蠢言論的真心朋友之一。但是，最近我收到了一個令人心碎的消息，她的媽媽因這些#COVIDIOTS冠狀白痴而去世，為此我非常傷心，每天低潮和！因此，暴怒的殘編在此發8年以來的第一篇幹譙發洩文。

3 Things I learned from #COVID19 #StayHome week 2 / 3件殘編在新型冠狀病毒在家隔離學到的事

During week 2 of my COVID-19 self- isolation, I came up with 3 Things I learned from #COVID19 #StayHome:

Staying home can be tremendously self-fulfilling. Try it; you may surprise yourself. Please, don’t be one of those bad apples, murderer! Sophon, my heart goes out to you, stay safe and healthy. Join me and send Sophon and her family lots of love. Or how about #StayHome? That’s the least you all can do.
